Winter is not my favorite season for many a reasons primarily being overload of clothing with intermittent layers that render you completely immobile & totally sluggish. I am sure many of you have felt the same way as this! Fur coats, oversize jackets, long trenches, huge blazers, voluminous ponchos do keep you warm but that is it! It is almost impossible to move yourself or get your body to do anything at all while being bundled up within seamless layers of clothing. So for all those who do not like to wrap themselves into endless fuzzy clothing, there is a solution. It is this beautiful, asymmetric, suede waterfall shrug that is a cool style statement this winter and available in plenty of colors to go with almost all your winter looks. It is almost like a deconstructed version of a trench coat that is a bit lighter and breezy! Most importantly, it costs way too less too.
A great statement outer layering piece, this suede shrug promises to keep you warm without the burden of extraneous layers. It has a beautiful asymmetric silhouette with waterfall pattern that is super-fun & trendy! The contrast of grey with a deep charcoal on the inside adds a very interesting punch. It is cozy, chic and not too heavy to carry either. Everything from its cut to texture to styling makes this shrug a total show-stopper. Available in multiple winter shades of grey, mustard, navy, bottle green, black, chocolate brown, purple, maroon, etc. you have a wide variety to choose from. I opted for grey since its a neutral shade and a perfect color for winters to go with most of my outfits and minimal styling. I styled it over my Macy’s purple sweatshirt to play upon the subtle contrast of purple & grey. And I must say, that both those shades look absolutely beautiful together.
