Abstract Floral

I hate to acknowledge but floral has never been on my favorites list.Having said that, I have no qualms in admitting that I was a bit hesitant about sharing this look that I wore for the movies last week. This is the perhaps my best I can get when we talk of floral. I bought this blue beauty a few years ago on one of my several trips to Bangkok and have scarcely worn it (the reasons are obvious)! A product of Pena House, a premium ladies-wear brand, based in Thailand, this top cannot be termed strictly floral. What I love about this Pena top is the abstract design vibe incorporated so beautifully with the floral pattern.You cannot miss the sheen of the silk fabric either. It is becoming in a lot of ways and would also look great if worn with a white skirt/ palazzo pants.I thought it was a great way to bid adieu to summers and welcome fall.
