Denim clothing is something that can be worn all round the year. Besides a denim jeans, a denim vest is something that pairs up well with a lot of outfits and styles. Today I bring you an updated look with my Ginger Denim vest that I have styled with my favorite garment, a stripes Zara shirt dress. I feel that a denim vest as a piece of clothing has not been utilized to its full potential and is vastly underrated. It is an extremely versatile outerwear that instantly adds dimension to any kind of outfit giving it a casual, effortless vibe. Most importantly, you can wear it all round the year including extreme winters where it serves as a great layering piece. So fall was no exception for me!
I styled today’s look with a lot of denim accents elevating the look from the ordinary to a fun, casual, laid-back one.I remember wearing the same vest a few months ago (here) but most conventionally. This time I wore it in a more updated version with my chambray shirt dress and added Jabong denim sneakers and Levi Strauss denim bag as accessories. I am loving the way the whole outfit is looking so pulled together, yet effortless! I have rarely seen anyone style a shirt dress with a denim vest and I suppose this trend could well work its way as a great street style look.
