Pink for me has always meant something too girly and cute and very very feminine. I am usually not attracted towards the pink racks in a store but off-late I am too much in love with the color specially the deeper tones such as the fuchsia & watermelon.Though lighter hues and pastel tones of pink like the blush & rose quartz have always been in trend, this time I wanted to get a tad bolder with the real pink color.
My pink, leaf pattern, drawstring back, top from Code(by Lifestyle) was my first step towards embracing the pink trend for the current monsoon season. In keeping with my minimal cosmopolitan style, I have kept the rest of the look almost neutral and paired the top with black Zara pants and black wedge pumps. This allowed my pink top to really make a statement while the rest of the outfit rested. Silver statement earrings added to the feminine vibe of the outfit.
