I wore this striped Zara skirt in summers and I am wearing it again with the winter twist. Maintaining the formal feel of this striped beauty, I have added layers this time (obviously, to beat the freezing Delhi cold) keeping the skirt color palette in mind. Since the skirt itself has a pattern, I have tried to keep the layering minimal confined to solid colors including my stockings so that I could give a more elegant, sophisticated vibe to the entire look. Though it may seem easy to add layers to even the basic of skirts, it is not so in reality.With so much going on in this striped skirt, it is important to stick to a few principles whether in terms of colors or styles for your add-on/ outerwear pieces.
